Huckleberry is a good bus driver; he drives smoothly and safely. He likes to make sure the children enjoy their journey with singing and laughter, so their trip goes by in a flash of fun! In his spare time, he makes up different songs for the children to sing on the bus the next day. Hilda is the Forest Nursery teacher and a talented singer. When the children are restless, she sings to them to calm everyone down and it always works! All of the Sylvanians enjoy her beautiful voice, especially at Christmas when she leads the carol singing. When not playing football with his friends, George uses his pottery set to create new vases for the house – he’s even made personalized mugs for his whole family to use for their acorn tea! He never runs out of ideas for lovely birthday gifts. Jane likes to create and write stories. All of the children in Sylvanian Village love her story about the detective that finds Freya Chocolate’s scarf after a long and exciting search. They can’t wait for her to write the next story!
